At WiggleLess, we are committed to supporting your pet’s mobility and comfort. We understand that getting the right fit and receiving your items quickly is important. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we return and guarantee our products.

🚚 Shipping Information

Domestic (United States) We want to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

• Orders over $250: Free standard shipping.

• Orders under $250: You can choose between two flat-rate options at checkout:

  • Standard (2-Day Shipping): $15.00

  • Overnight Shipping: $49.99

Processing Times Our team processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the very next business day.

Overnight Shipping Details Need it fast? Overnight orders for stock items (non-custom) must be placed by 1:00 PM ET to ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following business day.

International Orders Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local government, and as such, they are non-refundable.
