At WiggleLess, we are committed to supporting your pet’s mobility and comfort. We understand that getting the right fit and receiving your items quickly is important. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we return and guarantee our products.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges (Stock Products Only)
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If a stock item isn’t the right fit, we are here to help.
Return Window & Condition You may return stock products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In like-new, undamaged condition.

Clean and completely free of pet hair.
⚠️ Hygiene Policy: To ensure the safety of all our patients, products that are excessively dirty, covered in hair, or show significant wear will not be accepted for return.
Fees & Shipping

Restocking Fee: A $15 flat fee applies to all approved returns.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or product, we will waive the restocking fee and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping: For standard returns (not exchanges), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🧵 Custom Products
Custom devices (including ‘made-to-measure’ or ‘custom from mold’ products) are handcrafted specifically for your pet’s unique anatomy. Because of this personalized nature, all sales of custom products are final and non-returnable.
Our Fit Guarantee While we cannot accept returns on custom items, we are 100% committed to your pet’s success. We provide comprehensive fit and adjustment support for every custom device we make.

Manufacturing Guarantee: We guarantee our products will arrive free from defects. Please report any manufacturing issues within 5 days of delivery.

Product Lifespan: Please note that the lifespan of these products depends on your pet’s activity level, the fit, frequency of use, and proper care.

Exclusions: Damage from chewing or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Note: Proper fit, regular cleaning, and following usage instructions are essential for the performance and longevity of your pet’s gear.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For custom products, we will not ship until after this period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
